Apple Nachos

This recipe serves one, however just increase each ingredient per person and don’t forget to be creative.


Ingredients:
1 Apple
Fresh lemon juice
2 Strawberries
1 Tbsp of all-natural peanut butter (you could also use almond butter)
Sweet cocoa nibs (you could also semi-sweet chocolate chips if you aren’t trying to say away from sugar)
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Chopped pecans (you can also use sliced almonds)

Step 1: Slice apples and toss them in a bowl with lemon juice.
Step 2: Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
Step 3: Melt the peanut butter until it appears super runny then drizzle it all over the apples with a spoon or you can also use a piping bag.
Step 4: Dice the 2 strawberries then sprinkle onto the apple slices with peanut butter. 
Step 5: Finish with topping off with unsweetened shredded coconut, sweet cocoa nibs, and chopped pecans.
